Joshua A. Dean

Joshua Dean is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Joshua’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions; public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, representing issuers, underwriters and private equity and venture capital funds; recapitalizations and restructurings; and general business law matters. He regularly advises companies, boards of directors and others in complex and sensitive matters, such as executive management transitions, takeover defense, proxy contests and significant regulatory actions. He also counsels clients on securities law and regulatory matters, corporate governance requirements and general corporate matters. Joshua's experience extends to a variety of industries, including financial services, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, technology and residential and commercial real estate development. His clients range from closely held concerns to exchange-listed companies.
