Joshua A. Goldstein

Joshua A. Goldstein is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, Legal Malpractice, Directors and Officers Liability, Banking and Financial Litigation, Real Estate Malpractice and Litigation, Professional Liability, Admiralty and Maritime, Community Association Law, Class Action, Consumer Protection Defense, Fidelity and Surety Litigation & Counsel, Business/Commercial Law, Civil Rights Law, Housing and Legal Malpractice for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldstein clerked for the Honorable Pamela J. White in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Mr. Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Miami and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a Snyder Litigation Skills Fellow. While at the University of Baltimore, he was a member and Captain of the Jessup International Moot Court Team and a recipient of the Dean’s Citation for Service.

Mr. Goldstein is admitted to practice in all State Courts within Maryland, Massachusetts and Florida, as well as all Federal Courts in Florida.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
