Joshua Pedreira

JOSHUA PEDREIRA is an associate in Cohen and Wolf’s Municipal, Litigation and Bankruptcy Groups, resident in both the Bridgeport and Orange offices.

Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Mr. Pedreira’s practice focused primarily on the representation of banks and other lending institutions of all sizes in matters arising from default. He has handled an extensive amount of foreclosure matters for most of the preeminent lenders and servicers in the industry, as well as smaller, local institutions. Mr. Pedreira has broad experience with foreclosure law, as well as debt collection practices on both the state and federal level. He has played an extensive role throughout the litigation process on hundreds of matters, counseling clients on matters both pre-judgment and post-judgment to ensure the goals of his clients are met.

Mr. Pedreira received his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2010 where he was a member of the Criminal Law Society and Constitutional Law Society. Mr. Pedreira graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2006 receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where he was a member of the UCONN Law Society.

Mr. Pedreira is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Portuguese Bar Association.
