Judith A. Downs

Ms. Downs is a partner with the firm. She was raised in Los Angeles, California and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics and Astrophysics from UCLA in 1980.

Ms. Downs attended law school at the University of Santa Clara where she graduated in 1990. While in Silicon Valley, Ms. Downs incorporated and was in-house counsel for numerous high tech businesses. Currently, she represents real estate developers and general contractors in the litigation arena as well as works with them on their transactional and corporate needs. Ms. Downs is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Valley Partnership, and Arizona Association for Economic Development.
