Julie Cunningham Aiello

When it comes to casualty litigation, clients rely on Julie for her ability to effectively and efficiently resolve claims. Focused in the areas of admiralty and maritime litigation, insurance coverage, personal injury, property, premises liability, and transportation litigation, Julie has successfully defended clients in both Florida’s state and federal courts. Her attention to developing an effective strategy tailored to each case shows in the results she obtains for her clients. In addition to working world’s largest and most recognizable insurance companies, she is frequently retained by individuals and companies on claims that are not covered by insurance based upon her performance and history of effectively resolving cases for those clients.

Julie has significant trial experience handling jury and bench trials, successfully defending insurance coverage, property damage, and cargo loss claims in state court.
