Julie Kennedy

JULIE S. KENNEDY, Senior Managing Attorney, received her Bachelor's degree with Honors from the University of Limerick, Ireland and her Irish Attorney Qualification from the Law Society of Ireland Law School. Prior to joining our firm in 2005, she was a Solicitor for seven years and a partner for three years at the Law Office of Purcell and Cullen in Waterford, Ireland. Ms. Kennedy was also a litigation associate for an insurance defense firm in San Francisco, focusing primarily on work injury litigation. Ms. Kennedy is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law and is also proficient in the German language. She has presented various aspects of California workers' compensation defense to our clients, including issues of compensability, Labor Code Section 132a violations and legislative changes.
