Kade Miller practices in the corporate and securities, real estate, tax credit finance and opportunity fund practice groups. He advises clients on a wide range of transactional and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, leasing, tax credit finance matters, and opportunity fund structuring and formation.
