Karen Luh

Karen Luh is an experienced litigator and counselor to clients representing a wide range of industries, including finance, transportation, technology, food and beverage, energy, data privacy and security, biotechnology, and health care. She focuses her practice on employment and labor litigation and counseling, including defending wage-and-hour class-action suits in state and federal court and representing clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) with regard to responses, hearings, and conferences.

Employment and Labor Litigation

Karen has litigated a wide variety of employment claims in state and federal court, and is exceptionally experienced in matters involving removal to federal court and drafting Rule 12 motions to dismiss. She also handles labor commission claims from inception through the hearing stage, and has extensive experience with the resolution of garment industry Labor Code 2673.1 claims.

Cal/OSHA

Karen frequently represents clients-including major California theme parks and employers in other industries-before the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA). Her experience covers citation investigation, defense and litigation, the provision of safety advice, conducting site audits, and preparing responses to agency inquiries.
