Kartikey Anil Pradhan

Mr. Pradhan joined Lorber, Greenfield and Polito, LLP in 2014 and is involved in all aspect of litigation defending developers, and general contractors. He has litigated and settled single-family, condominium, and commercial property matters across California and Colorado. Mr. Pradhan also defends business owners and property managers in personal injury actions in California and Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Pradhan has experience in helping businesses negotiate and draft contracts and incorporating documents.

Prior to joining Lorber, Greenfield and Polito, LLP, Mr. Pradhan worked at a removal defense firm and conducted numerous bench trials across immigration courts across the United States. Mr. Pradhan also wrote numerous briefs and petitions to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and appeared at oral arguments at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Occasionally, Mr. Pradhan volunteers with immigration non-profits to help indigent communities regarding immigration issues or provide pro-bono advice and referrals to immigrants in need of legal services.
