Katherine L. Maucher

Katherine L. Maucher joined the firm as an associate in 2017. She represents individual physicians, health care facilities, hospitals, and other medical providers in the defense of medical malpractice litigation. Katherine handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including case development, legal research, fact investigation, motion support, and suit evaluation.

Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an associate at a firm in Greenwich, Connecticut for three years. She grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and graduated from the University of Richmond where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In May 2012, she received her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law where she received the CALI Excellence Award in Legal Research and Writing. While at Charleston School of Law she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant.

Katherine is admitted to the bars of the States of Connecticut and South Carolina and is a member of the Connecticut and South Carolina Bar Associations.
