Katherine S. Catlos

Katherine S. Catlos is the Managing Partner of KDV’s San Francisco Office, where she focuses on advising employers in preventing and defending claims by employees. In addition to handling labor and employment law matters, she litigates non-medical professional liability matters. Her practice also includes errors and omissions defense for insurance agents and real estate agents, miscellaneous errors and omissions matters and cyber liability.

A published author, Ms. Catlos writes for such publications as the International Risk Management Institute’s EPLI Consultant Quarterly, the Defense Research Institute’s Newsletter, the American Bar Association Tort & Insurance Practice Section Employer-Employee Relations Committee Newsletter, the San Francisco Attorney and The Daily Journal. She also frequently speaks to Directors of Human Resources and various employer groups regarding employment law issues.
