Katsuaki Saikawa

Katsuaki Saikawa is an international corporate/commercial lawyer, focusing his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. Since joining Greenberg Traurig, he has undertaken other types of corporate matters, such as U.S. listing, gaming, disputes, and regulatory matters. In his role, he enjoys the responsibility of providing legal strategies and advice to corporate clients from a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, footwear, homewares, IT, commercial laundry, not-for-profit, animation/characters, digital marketing, apparel/fashion, technology, real estate, integrated resort, textile, and banking/finance.

He initially started his career in Sydney, Australia where he has undertaken various commercial transactions for both Australian and international corporate clients and has acted as a key contact for clients to discuss their legal requirements, issues, and risks while understanding their commercial strategies and interests.
