ABOUT Keith J. Soltis

Mr. Soltis is a Shareholder practicing in Kotz Sangster's Bloomfield Hills office. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Mr. Soltis concentrates his practice in health care law specifically, corporate and transactional issues, fraud and abuse analysis and advice and third party reimbursement issues. He also practices in the following areas, corporate law including analysis and advice regarding formation and choice of entities; negotiating and advising clients regarding various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, large physician group formations and hospital/physician transactions; and administrative law, including defense of third party audits and survey deficiencies.

Mr. Soltis is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Health Lawyers Association and he was a member of the Health Care Law Section Council, 1999 – 2005 and its Secretary in the year 2000.
