Kelly D. Gunther

Kelly D. Gunther is a Principal in the Monmouth County, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on the representation of employers in employment litigation.

Ms. Gunther's experience includes the representation of management in defending against claims of alleged wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations and whistle-blowing. She also litigates the enforcement of non-compete agreements, as well as other restrictive covenants. In addition, Ms. Gunther provides general counseling to employers on all workplace issues, including strategies for litigation avoidance.
