Kelly Lynn Travis

Kelly Travis is an attorney practicing in the Niles office of Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.’s. A graduate of Valparaiso School of Law, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Ms. Travis is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Indiana.

A former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Berrien County, Ms. Travis is a skilled and seasoned litigator with a reputation built on integrity and fairness. She has a strong connection to the local community and is dedicated to providing exceptional, result-driven client services.

Ms. Travis’s extensive courtroom experience focuses on general litigation in the areas of domestic relations, contested probate matters, general civil litigation, real estate, estate planning and criminal law (ranging from minor offenses to more complex, white collar crimes.)

Active in the local community of Southwest Michigan, Ms. Travis has served as a volunteer for Junior Achievement, the H.O.S.T.S. Program, St. Mary’s Paris Advisory Council, and Upward Soccer. Additionally, she has served on the board of directors (including serving as president) of such organizations as St. Mary’s School and Gateway.
