Kelly Mcnabb

Kelly McNabb is a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s New York office. As a member of the firm’s mass tort and product liability practice group, she has represented people and families who have been injured by dangerous and defective products manufactured by medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Kelly has played an integral role in litigation in state and federal courts across the country against manufacturers such as Zimmer, Stryker, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Daiichi-Sankyo, Olympus, and Bayer. Kelly has dedicated her practice to holding corporations accountable for injuries that devastate her clients.

Kelly has also represented whistleblowers in qui tam litigation on behalf of the U.S. Government and various states under the federal and state False Claims Acts against a pharmaceutical company for its unlawful off-label promotion of blockbuster drugs.

Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Kelly worked as an attorney in Minneapolis. In 2014, Kelly was named an Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer. She also volunteered at The Advocates for Human Rights in Minneapolis.

Kelly graduated from University of Minnesota Law School, where she was Managing/Research Editor of the Minnesota Law Review and worked at Minnesota Student Legal Services.
