Kevin S. Borozan

Kevin Borozan is a senior associate in WSHB’s Chicago office handling complex civil litigation, ranging from product liability, professional liability, construction defect, employment disputes and general liability matters. Kevin leverages his trial experience, which includes achieving favorable bench and jury trial verdicts as both first-chair and second-chair counsel, to strategically defend firm clients through all stages of litigation. In addition, Kevin assists our national insurance coverage practice in representing and regularly advising insurers on first-party property coverage claims. He is experienced in handling a variety of complex coverage disputes and overall interpretation of policy provisions and exclusions. Across all areas of his practice, Kevin brings a thorough approach to his cases and an unparalleled devotion to client service. Prior to joining the firm, he gained comprehensive experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes and consumer finance claims in Illinois state court and numerous federal district courts.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law, where he was Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and a distinguished member of the Trial Advocacy Society and Moot Court Committee. Prior to law school, Kevin graduated from Indiana University with double major distinction, where he was named to the Dean’s List.
