Kirk A. Carter

Kirk graduated from the University of Georgia in 2010 and received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2014. While in law school, he was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court, assisted in the preparation of an amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in ABC v. Aereo, and advised government delegations to the WIPO Standing Committee on Trademarks. As an undergraduate, Kirk was a member of the varsity cross country and track & field teams, editorial cartoonist for The Red and Black, and a member of the Phi Kappa Literary Society. Prior to law school, Kirk hosted a nightly sports talk show in Atlanta.

Kirk and his wife Brittany live in Jacksonville with their two rescue dogs, Bella and Avett.
