Kristi Paschall

Hello, I am Kristi Paschall and although I recently joined Ramos Law, I have been practicing law for over 6 years. I spent the first several years of my career in family law litigation. I have now chosen to use my experiences, both professionally and personally, to better serve people who have been injured in an accident. Not many attorneys understand the pain and suffering from a motor vehicle accident like I do. I was in a motor vehicle accident in January 2010 in which I suffered a lisfranc fracture of my right foot. Over the next 18 months, I had 3 major surgeries on my foot in an attempt to repair the damage. Since then, I still suffer from injury related issues such as chronic pain and limited movement. Drawing from my own life experience, I understand how to successfully navigate the legal system and I can communicate exactly how you feel and what you are going through to get the best result for your life.

When I am not in the courtroom, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Rarely do I miss a Bronco or Nebraska Cornhusker game (Bug Eaters, as my husband calls them), on TV or at the stadium. I love the outdoors which causes me to try and spend as much time as I can camping and fishing with my children. As a Colorado native, I am also hopeful to get back on the slopes again soon.
