Kristin E. Goulet

While in law school, Kristin enjoyed studying tax. She even participated in her school’s Community Development Clinic, where she spent a semester helping clients start their own 501(c)(3) organizations. She also spent her last semester of law school at Notre Dame’s London campus, during which she interned at the legal division of KPMG US Tax Services (London) LLP.

Kristin has an affinity for transactional work, which has allowed her to help clients in drafting corporate documents and contracts. It has also allowed her to counsel clients on how to structure business affairs to avoid potential future litigation.

When she is not working, Kristin enjoys cheering on her school’s football team with her fellow Fighting Irish, even though she still does not really understand the sport of football. She also enjoys traveling and has made it her goal to visit as many UNESCO World Heritage Sites as she can in her lifetime.
