Kristin L. Witherell

Kristin L. Witherell is Of Counsel in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Witherell’s work focuses on corporate aspects of employment matters including drafting a variety of employment and compensation agreements for companies, hedge funds and other financial services firms.

Her experience also includes handling matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority involving claims relating to portfolio managers’ equity and bonuses, breach of compensation and severance pay plans, non-compete and other post-employment restrictions, theft of trade secrets, breach of duty of loyalty, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues.

While attending law school, Ms. Witherell was Litigation Director of the Moot Court Board and Associate Editor of the Connecticut Law Review.
