Lee Ann Smythe

LEEANN SMYTHE graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Smythe worked for Farmers Insurance as a special claims examiner before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. LeeAnn has been practicing Workers Compensation Law since 2001, with broad experience representing municipalities, self –insured employers, CIGA, insurance carriers, and third party administrators. LeeAnn’s experience includes arbitration of contribution/reimbursement claims, successful cross-examination of medical doctors, and third-party subrogation. She also has experience defending S&W cases, 132a claims, as well as professional athlete cases having represented the NFL, NHL, and MLB. In her spare time, LeeAnn enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending Los Angeles Kings hockey games.
