Liliana C. Naficy-Royal

LILIANA C. NAFICY-ROYAL obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco Law School. Ms. Naficy-Royal defended workers’ compensation claims at a well-respected firm and has spent the entirety of her legal career defending workers’ compensation claims, both before and after joining the firm in 1998. Ms. Naficy-Royal has been a grader for the California State Bar Exam and is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law. She is fluent in Spanish and also speaks conversational Farsi and has provided specific client training with respect to litigating and defending against unrepresented injured workers’ claims, as well as the nuances on aggressive and cost-efficient lien litigation.
