Lindsey L. Poling

Lindsey Poling is an Associate in the Overland Park and Kansas City offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is focused on employment litigation in state and federal court as well as representing her clients before administrative agencies.

Ms. Poling represents employers in all matters concerning the employment relationship including civil rights, reductions in force and wage and hour issues. Along with defense of claims brought by individuals, Ms. Poling has been involved in the defense of numerous collective and class action claims.

In addition to her substantial experience in private practice, Ms. Poling also practiced as the sole in-house legal advisor to a national mortgage lending institution. In this capacity, she developed expertise in matters involving TILA, RESPA, and consumer protection laws, as well as expertise in representation of institutions before regulatory bodies and administrative agencies regarding claims of discrimination under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and other fair lending laws.
