Luba Lerner

Luba Lerner has been an associate at Kingsley & Kingsley since August 2016. Ms. Lerner received her B.A. from the University of Southern California and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Ms. Lerner externed for the Honorable Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also served as the Chief Production Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review.

Ms. Lerner's practice focuses on employment litigation, including representing clients in wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination matters. Ms. Lerner has gained extensive experience in complex wage and hour class action cases and representative actions. Her work includes all aspects of case management, including pre-trial motions, taking and defending depositions, discovery, client relations, mediations, and arbitrations.

Ms. Lerner is also engaged in the firm's appellate practice and has drafted briefs for the California Court of Appeal.
