Lynne K. McChrystal

Lynne K. McChrystal is an Associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has eight years of experience in litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including discrimination matters, and providing advice and counsel. Ms. McChrystal has experience appearing before judicial departments, administrative law judges, and has first chair trial experience.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. McChrystal worked at a national law firm focusing on commercial litigation and employment matters.

Ms. McChrystal is also a commissioned officer and Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard. She provides counsel to command on administrative law, criminal law, fiscal law, labor law, and ethics and training issues as part of her ongoing military service.
