ABOUT Madeline Gomez
Madeline Gomez is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s Nashville office. Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Madeline served as a law clerk for the Honorable Martha Craig Daughtrey on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Madeline has also been a legal fellow in the U.S. Litigation Program at the Center for Reproductive Rights and an If/When/How Federal Reproductive Justice fellow at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health. Madeline sits on the board of directors for Tamizdat, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to facilitating and advancing international mobility and cultural exchange.
Madeline holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School where she won the Myra Bradwell Award for the best student note on women and the law and the Pauline Berman Heller Prize for the most outstanding record of academic achievement in the service of gender equality. During law school, Madeline served as the Executive Editor and Notes Editor for the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law, interned with the ACLU’s Capital Punishment Project, and was a summer associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, LLP. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Public Policy from NYU.
