Malcolm C. McArthur

Mr. McArthur received an A.B. Degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 1970, where he was a member of Blue Key and Omicron Delta Kappa. Mr. McArthur graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1973. Following graduation from law school, he was on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1974-1978 as a Judge Advocate and served as both prosecutor and defense counsel in numerous courts-martial proceedings. In 1977 he received the Air Force Commendation Medal. Mr. McArthur served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Gwinnet Judicial Circuit from 1978-1980. Since that time, he has been a partner in several law firms, practicing primarily in the areas of insurance defense litigation, employment litigation, and representation of several school districts. Mr. McArthur has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV.
