Malcolm J. Ingram

Malcolm J. Ingram is an Associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.

Mr. Ingram defends employers before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. He has experience representing a wide range of clients in internal investigations, and all phases of employment litigation. Some of his representations include:

•Obtaining dismissal of a reverse sexual orientation discrimination claim for a national staffing company.
•Obtaining dismissal of a sexual harassment and retaliation claim for a restaurant franchise.
•Obtaining dismissal of a whistleblower claim for a non-profit.

Mr. Ingram is actively engaged in Philadelphia’s civic community, and on October 8, 2019, was appointed by Mayor Kenney to the Philadelphia Association for Industrial Development’s Board of Directors.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ingram completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was also a Division II Scholar-Athlete at Philadelphia University.
