Mandy M. Smith

Mandy M. Smith is a partner in the firm’s Bonita Springs/Fort Myers offices. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. While there, she was a member of OSU’s NCAA Division I Women’s Equestrian Team. Following her undergraduate studies, Smith worked for the US Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works in Washington, DC. Smith obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Ave Maria School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Smith practiced in a civil defense firm primarily doing Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation.

Her current areas of practice include PIP litigation, SIU fraud investigations, motor vehicle negligence, commercial and residential properties, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, and general civil litigation.

Smith is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District and Southern District of Florida.
