Marian L. Massey

Marian Massey is an associate at WSHB’s Las Vegas office, where she handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including construction defect, complex coverage, and catastrophic injury matters. Marian graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2009. As an undergraduate student, Marian studied abroad in Ireland and Thailand. Prior to law school, Marian taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in South Korea.

Marian received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2017. During law school, Marian served as a Lead Articles Editor for San Diego Law Review, and was a member of the National Mock Trial Team. Marian also served as a judicial extern in the chambers of Richard Huffman, associate justice of the Fourth District Court of Appeals, where she drafted three unpublished appellate court opinions. She was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Law and Socioeconomics as well as International Civil Litigation. After graduation, she worked as an associate handling a variety of civil litigation matters with an emphasis on products liability defense and transportation litigation. Marian was admitted to the Nevada State Bar and the District of Nevada in 2017.
