Marissa Temple

Ms. Temple is a trial attorney in the law firm Rogers, Mastrangelo, Carvalho & Mitchell. For the past ten years, Ms. Temple's practice has focused in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. Prior to joining RMCM, Ms. Temple served as senior staff counsel for American Family Insurance where she gained extensive experience representing the company in first party bad faith/breach of contract actions as well as third party bodily injury claims.

Ms. Temple was raised in Mililani, Hawaii-a small town on the island of O'ahu. She was a nationally recognized high school debater and later competed as a member of the University of Nevada Las Vegas collegiate team. Ms. Temple went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean's Award for Outstanding Service.

In both 2014 and 2015, Ms. Temple was recognized by the Nevada Business Journal as one of Nevada's "Legal Elite" top 200 attorneys. Ms. Temple has also received recognition from Legal Aid of Southern Nevada for her pro bono efforts with the Children's Advocacy Program.

Ms. Temple is an active member of the Nevada State Bar and is admitted to practice in all Nevada Courts (State and Federal).
