Mark D. Gushiken

Mark Gushiken is a member of the civil litigation team and the Florida Young Lawyers Division. His passion is for the practice of law and his drive is to master his domain. He has high expectations in every aspect of his work product ensuring his clients receive excellent representation and customer service.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark grew up and lived in Oviedo, Florida. He graduated from Oviedo High School, and went on to attend the University of Central Florida.

Mark got his first taste for litigation while attending Emory Law. During his time there, he trained with the office of the District Attorney’s white-collar crimes unit. Mark also graduated law school with a specialization in transactional law. A certification granted to those students who have taken rigorous courses on corporate and business matters.

After law school, Mark built on his experience aiding a variety of corporations in all aspects of their litigation and transactional needs. Outside of his career, Mark enjoys the beach; traveling and salt water fishing whether he’s on a bridge, a yak or a boat.
