Mark D. Newcomb

Mr. Newcomb was born and raised in Orange County, California, where he worked in the construction industry with his father. After high school, he earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California and was admitted to practice in California in 1988. After beginning his legal career in the field of general contract and tort defense in Los Angeles, he returned to Orange County to join Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck and focus on construction-related litigation in 1991. In 2002, Mr. Newcomb was licensed in Nevada. He has been fortunate to represent the interests of residential and commercial developers and general contractors throughout both California and Nevada in cases involving construction defects, construction site accidents, mechanic's liens and performance bonds. Mr. Newcomb is also experienced in general liability defense, bodily injury claims and coverage issues.
