Mark D. Siemer

Mark Siemer is an associate in the Dallas office and supports the firm’s defense of construction and design defect claims as well as professional liability, management and employer practices claims. In his practice, Mark actively represents national and regional developers, general contractors, transportation companies, property owners and oil well operators across Texas and New Mexico. He is experienced in all phases of civil litigation and is adept at resolving complex risk transfer, disclosure and contractual disputes between business entities. Mark brings a detail-oriented and systematic approach to his practice, offering an effective and steadying presence for clients facing complex legal issues and exposures.

Prior to joining WSHB, Mark defended power companies in East Texas, police officers in North Texas, and international chemical companies. Mark is a graduate of Baylor Law School, where he worked for the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Veteran’s Clinic. Mark received his undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida.
