Mark J. Hinkel

Mark Hinkel was a Partner in the Law Firm of Landrum & Shouse, LLP in Lexington and Louisville. Mr. Hinkel had been recognized by his peers as a “Best Lawyer” for 20 years. He was an “AV” rated lawyer in Martindale-Hubbell, and had been so since 2005. Mr. Hinkel had also been recognized as a “Super Lawyer”.

Mark focused his practice on civil litigation including workers' compensation cases and accident injury cases. He had practiced throughout the State of Kentucky and is admitted to both state and federal courts. He had extensive experience in handling workers' compensation cases, both before Administrative Law Judges and at appellate levels.

Mark received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Kentucky in Business Administration (1980), and his law degree from the University of Kentucky in 1983.

In his spare time, Mark enjoyed cycling, hiking, camping, and gardening.
