Martha J. Dorsey

Martha Dorsey was born and raised in Orange County, California, the youngest of seven children. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cellular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Ms. Dorsey earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles graduating in 1992. She participated as a Casenote Editor on the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Dorsey is a partner of Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP having joined the firm directly after law school. She focuses her litigation practice in the representation of developers and general contractors in construction defect litigation. Ms. Dorsey has handled jury and bench trials in personal injury, breach of contract and construction defect matters.

Ms. Dorsey has been licensed in the State of California since 1992 and in Nevada since 2002. Ms. Dorsey is a member of the San Diego County Bar, the Clark County Bar, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the San Diego Defense Lawyers. In 2006, Ms. Dorsey served as President of the San Diego Defense Lawyers having previously served as Treasurer in 2005, and a Board Member in 2004.
