Matthew Caminiti

practices in the area of litigation, representing corporations across a wide range of industries, including energy companies, insurance conglomerates, and private equity firms, in all stages of litigation in federal and state courts.

Mr. Caminiti previously served as law clerk to the Hon. Brian R. Martinotti of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Hon. Harry G. Carroll of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Mr. Caminiti is a 2016 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where he was symposium editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review, and a magna cum laude graduate of Macalester College. He is proficient in German.
