ABOUT Matthew P. Palazzola
Matthew P. Palazzola counsels and defends clients in complex workers’ compensation matters. His experience includes participating in all stages of the litigation process - evaluating claims, negotiating settlement agreements, drafting letters of consent, and participating in depositions of medical and legal professionals - from inception through resolution. Matt’s clients include global, national, and regional insurers, and he has extensive experience in all aspects of third-party action settlements. He also draws on his experience as a trial attorney and settlement department lead for a major multinational insurer.
