practices in the areas of estate planning and asset protection. In advising high net worth individuals, Ms. Bond applies strategic tax techniques as appropriate to minimize the client's exposure to gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax and income tax. A large part of her practice involves the review of clients' overall estate plans, preparation of wills and revocable trusts, and where appropriate, implementation of limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, and sophisticated irrevocable trusts, such as spousal lifetime trusts, asset protection trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, life insurance trusts and dynasty trusts. Ms. Bond also specializes in business succession, charitable giving and dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and local tax authorities.
In addition to advising high net worth individuals, Ms. Bond also advises corporate fiduciaries, including major banking institutions and trust companies, of their rights and obligations in their fiduciary roles.

In 2011, Ms. Bond successfully procured a refund of German Pension Service reparation payments improperly debited from the account of a Holocaust survivor's estate.

In 2006, Ms. Bond was named a finalist in the Legal-Tax Category by the South Florida Business Journal Key Partners Awards. Admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Florida and New York, Ms. Bond is a 1997 graduate of Duke University School of Law and a graduate of New York University School of Law (LL.M., Taxation) and The Johns Hopkins University (B.A.).
