Michael A. Frankel

Michael A. Frankel is a Principal in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents public and private employers in all aspects of employment law.

Mr. Frankel regularly practices in state and federal court and before government agencies. He has successfully defended claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, defamation, civil rights violations and Constitutional issues.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Frankel clerked for the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, a former District Court judge in the Southern District of New York. During law school, he was an Articles Editor on the Pace Law Review.
