Michael J. Choi

Michael Choi is an associate in WSHB’s Northern California office, where he handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including claims involving construction, habitability, and transportation. Michael is also vastly experienced in defending professional liability claims.

Michael received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While at USF, he was the Symposium Editor of the Law Review and authored a trademark law paper that was published in the centennial volume of the Journal of the Patent & Trademark Office Society. Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

He is an active member in both the Asian American Bar Association and the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California, the latter of which Michael has served on the board of directors for the past five years. In his free time, Michael enjoys rock climbing and running Spartan races.

Michael is fluent in Korean.
