Michael R. Cedillos

Michael R. Cedillos focuses her practice on a variety of financial services industry litigation, as well as general commercial litigation. She regularly defends class and individual matters involving checks, wires, electronic funds transfers, negotiable instruments, consumer credit cards, and loan participations in both federal court and in arbitration. She also represents broker-dealers and their management in arbitration and in responding to regulatory investigations and inquiries. As part of her national practice in state and federal courts, Michael also represents developers and lenders in real estate and real estate financing litigation.
