Minnie Bellomo is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group. She represents clients in the structuring and negotiation of various real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property, loans and participation interests, permanent, bridge, construction and mezzanine financing, joint ventures and preferred equity investments.
