Monica M. Ryden

Monica Ryden is Of Counsel in the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has more than 12 years of experience in all phases of employment and commercial litigation in state and federal court, including the defense of discrimination, wage and hour and wrongful termination claims, the enforcement of non-competition and trade secret agreements, and business tort litigation.

Ms. Ryden has represented employers in mediations, arbitrations and before administrative agencies such as the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Civil Rights Division. She advises and trains managers and supervisors on preventive litigation practices, focusing on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid workplace disputes, and resolve employee relations problems, including workplace violence. While attending law school, Ms. Ryden was an extern with the EEOC Phoenix District Office.
