Morgan Knott

Morgan Knott is an Associate in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counsel.

Ms. Knott represents employers in all areas of employment litigation, including defending employers against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination. She also counsels employers on the latest employment law regulations.

While attending law school, Ms. Knott completed an externship with the Honorable Mary R. Russell, a judge of the Supreme Court of Missouri. She also served as a Lead Articles Editor of the Missouri Law Review, which published her article discussing the classification of a worker as an employee or an intern under the primary beneficiary test. Ms. Knott excelled in law school and received awards for achieving the top grade in several classes including Business Organizations, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Pretrial Litigation. As the daughter of small business owners, Ms. Knott knew upon graduation from law school that she wanted to pursue defense litigation in employment law matters.
