Mr. Aaron J. Williamson

Aaron J. Williamson is an Associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He joined the firm with several years of experience as a judicial intern and litigator.

Mr. Williamson has experience prosecuting and defending civil actions in several forums, including small claims courts, arbitration panels, state trial courts, the Court of Appeals of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Williamson worked at an Indianapolis-area law firm in their business service, real estate, and business litigation practice group. He also supported the firm’s class action, personal injury, and appellate practice groups. In this context, Mr. Williamson has litigated claims concerning Indiana’s Uniform Trade Secrets Act, tortious interference with a business and contractual relationship in the employer-employee context, and breach of an employee’s duty of loyalty. Mr. Williamson has litigated violations of the Wage Payment Statute. He has also litigated the applicability of the Indiana Worker Compensation Act’s exclusivity provision regarding purely emotional and reputational harm.

While attending law school, Mr. Williamson served on the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review as a Student Note Editor. He also served as the co-chair of the Black Law Student Association’s Academic Affairs Committee.
