Mr. Alan P. Moore

Alan Moore is a trial lawyer with over 30 years experience in handling complex civil litigation. Alan currently handles toxic tort, mass tort, product liability, wrongful death and personal injury litigation. Alan has also directed the defense of asbestos litigation throughout the State of Texas on behalf of equipment
manufacturers. Alan further represents corporate defendants in complex chemical exposure litigation throughout the State. In addition to third-party defense, Alan has represented insurance carriers in first-party cases in insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability litigation.

Alan is married to Suzanne Moore, and they have three children. He and his family are active in church and community activities. Alan also enjoys golf, reading and travel.
