Mr. Ashwin R. Trehan

Ashwin Trehan is Of Counsel in the Tampa, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice concentrates on litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, including collective actions.

Mr. Trehan also represents management in claims alleging violations of Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and state and local employment discrimination laws. In addition, Mr. Trehan has defended employers in numerous class actions brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Trehan worked for a national labor and employment law firm where he managed numerous employment cases from the position statement stage through summary judgment or trial.
