Mr. Christopher S. Moore

Christopher Moore, a partner in the West Palm Beach office, joined the firm in 2001. He has successfully handled cases from pursuit retention through trial. He has obtained over 20 judgments and final dismissals where his clients paid nothing to the other side in litigated cases. While defending clients, Mr. Moore focuses on a thorough investigation as he seeks to uncover all the key evidence that he can then use for his client's benefit. He believes that listening and responding to each client's needs provides them with better and more effective representation.

Mr. Moore regularly handles cases that range from simple negligence to litigation declared as complex by the Court. Based in the West Palm Beach office, Mr. Moore is actively involved in the areas of first and third party insurance defense, including wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and construction law as well as coverage litigation.

He is admitted to all Florida state courts as well as the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Moore is a Fellow of the ABOTA Trial College conducted at Harvard University. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
